Scottish cancer charity ‘ frozen ’
Hunt begins for charity's lost millions
What do people think we should do with the money we have collected in the tub in the kitchen? There must be a reasonable amount. Could I suggest we give it to a charity?
Cancer Research UK
We are the largest volunteer-supported cancer research organisation in the world. With a dedicated team of 3,000 scientists and an annual scientific spend of around £191 million – raised almost entirely through public donations.
Or for cancer care?
Marie Curie Cancer Care is working tirelessly for you and your loved-ones by challenging cancer through its work in care and research. We provide care for today for thousands of cancer patients in their own homes - and at our 10 hospices across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Or a children's charity?
We are one of Scotland's leading childcare charities. For over 100 years CHILDREN 1ST, the Royal Scottish Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Children, has been working to give every child in Scotland a safe and secure childhood.
I think these all have a good track record.
Pity, I liked the white mice.
