In the US, you often get crackers (savoury biscuits) with soup.

Potato latkes are very popular amongst Jews. I love latkes.

We often had either croutons or vermicelli with soup growing up, bread was always there so I never really thought of it as an addition to soup... :)

Argh
You give tick boxes with answers like "just a spoon", but when it comes to "where did you grow up", *then* you use radio buttons ... I grew up in England, the US (and several shorter breaks in Ireland at the grandparents).
