If you watched Dr Who at Christmas you may remember the dance song, 'Love Don’t Roam’ by Neil Hannon (of The Divine Comedy) that they used at the wedding reception. It turns out that with the new rules on the Top 40 there is campaign by Dr Who Fans to get it into the Top 40.

See http://paulcornell.blogspot.com/ (entry for 15th of January if he's updated.)

So, if this is you, and hey even if it isn't but you want to be part of something cool, get out there and spend a whole 79p on a great track.

Any online purchase will count - if you use iTunes the link is

You can preview the track and refresh your memory.

I'd wait ...
... so many people are using this chart change to get songs into the charts at the moment (Chris Moyles on BBC Radio 1 is trying to get a Billie Piper song into the charts for example) ... and this change is a permanent one, so wait for a quieter time and then a smaller number of online sales will have a disproportionately larger effect on chart position ...

... but that's just my opinion!
